The good old Pareto principle


Der italienische Ökonom und Soziologe Vilfredo Pareto (1848-1923) untersuchte einst das Vermögen des italienischen Volkes. Dabei fand er etwas Faszinierendes heraus:

Nur 20 Prozent aller Familien besaßen 80 Prozent des gesamten Vermögens Italiens!
Dieses Verhältnis heißt seitdem - Pareto-Prinzip - und gilt für many areas of life:
- Only 20 percent provide 80 percent of the use of the result.
- 20 percent to 80 percent of your friends you spend your time.
- the other way around, 80 percent of your worries of only 20 percent of your problems.
- You're wasting your time by 80 percent to only 20 percent results.
- 80% of world trade takes place less than 20% of people.
- generate 20% of your customers 80% of your sales.

it is very important to focus on the right things and to let the unimportant remain simple. Search your professional life to the Pareto rule. You'll be surprised how often you'll meet the 80:20 ratio.

"I need a solution! I need a solution! I need a solution! "

Then your brain is slightly triggered and Here is a solution! On the cause of the "problem" you can investigate later and leave it for the future.
